April 13 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Recognized Cannabis Industry Specialist
Public Speaker
"Being diagnosed with breast cancer at a young age forced me to reevaluate my life".
Stacy Bobak is an experienced dental hygienist, but after a life-altering diagnosis, she was forced to shift her perspective. Stacy believes that each hard decision we have to make in our lives, forces us to learn something new about ourselves. Stacy is a teacher, an empathetic friend, a strong woman, and she continues to learn to push herself outside of her comfort zone.
She found an interest in the science of cannabis in late 2017 and decided then that education would be her focus. She was among the first cohort to graduate from two college-level cannabis courses which started her down a path of researching cannabis, educating others about the cannabis plant, and advocating for medical patient access to cannabis through education.
She has co-founded two not-for-profit organizations that help to educate the public about the therapeutic benefits of cannabis and she volunteers with other cannabis-focused organizations as well.
Stacy is a public speaker through her company CannaDent, where she combines her passion for oral and overall health with that of cannabis science and education. She reviews and creates cannabis course content and presents evidence-based research on a level that is easy for anyone to understand. She is a college professor both in dental hygiene and in cannabis and (as if that wasn’t enough), she also hosts a podcast, focusing on health and healing after breast cancer called, “A Tincture of Time”.
